The USA ePay Merchant Console Virtual Terminal is the main toolkit in the USA ePay line of products. One can think of the Merchant Console as a internet-based credit card machine with an enormous amount of extra features.

The Basics...

The Merchant Console of course carries the basic features of any credit card terminal. It does sales, voids, credits, settlements and all type of other transaction toward a merchant's customer's credit card. The only difference? Instead of doing it through a machine, the merchant does it online.

Reports...

The Merchant Console allows the merchant to do a wide array of different reports. Merchants can go back for as long as they've been processing or as short as the past day on a report. Visual graphs and downloadable versions of the reports are just some of the features which make the reporting tool so easy to use. Whether the merchant needs to search for a recent customer or run a report of all the Visa, Approved customers, the reporting option can do it all.

Recurring Billing...

With no extra software required, the Merchant Console will allow the merchant to input customers for recurring billing. This database allows the merchant to charge on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc. basis without having to re-input the customer information every time.

Batch Uploading...

Built into the USA ePay Merchant Console is the Batch Uploader. This feature allows the merchants to upload special formatted files (comma or tab delimited) which contain transaction details to be processed by the system. This allows the merchant to upload this file and let the system process the transaction without having to key in every single transaction manually.

The Merchant Console is not only the fast but is also secure. USA ePay uses the best in secure 1024-bit Digital ID's for all their Merchant Consoles. The console can support any 40-bit and 128-bit encrypted browser and will make sure security is enabled before any functionality is done.

Why Online?...

The common question comes up as to why use a "virtual" credit card machine; why not use an actual machine. With the "virtual" terminal, Merchant Console, the merchant can process their business transaction from anywhere in the world from any computer that has an internet connection.
